Real Estate Lawyers in CT

For most people, real estate transactions are the largest single financial issue they will deal with during their lifetime.

From a client’s point of view, a residential real estate transaction in Connecticut (CT) can appear to involve an overwhelming amount of information. Among the issues to consider are the real estate listing agreement, drafting of the contract, title examination, physical property inspections, mortgage requirements, and, of course, the closing. Commercial transactions may involve an even higher degree of complexity.

Whether the transaction is residential or commercial, we are here to assist. Of course, it is our responsibility to make sure that all legal requirements are met. Beyond that, we’ll do everything we can to keep the process understandable and organized.

The area of real estate law also involves issues such lease negotiations, zoning issues, title problems and other issues involving the ownership of property. Our office manager/ real estate paralegal, Lyn DeBerardinis, is in charge of this area of our practice.
